NYFW Recap: Fave looks from the runway!

Wednesday, September 17

NYFW has officially come to a close, and we wanted to share w you our top three fave collections that blew us away on the runway:

Our first pick - Marc Jacobs and his military-inspired collection.  He was a master at playing with volume, and we adored all of the natural and earth-toned colors used in his pieces. The exaggerated buttons, playful volume and outstanding structure definitely caught our eye. Jacobs kept it kept it feminine with touches of lace and satin -- it screamed French, and all we want to do now is book a flight to Paris.

Ralph Lauren took us on a remarkable African safari adventure w his newest collection. From tulle gowns to trenches and separates - Lauren's collection was to die for. The vibrant pops of fuschia and orange, and that amazing jewel detailing - we were obsessed.

The Timo Weiland collection was all about pretty pastels and cropped pieces. We loved the lightness to his collection - it was femine, sophisticated, chic. It was very sixties and we loved everything about it!!
